Speak for Resilience

December 20 2009   No Commented

Every industry has its superstars. Managers looking to duplicate their success take the time to analyze what’s being done and what works best. This procedure is so popular a term has been coined for the use of this gathered information. It’s called best practices and it’s used quite frequently. It refers to a preferred technique or process that has proven to deliver better results, usually more efficiently and effectively than other techniques or processes that have previously been tried. The beauty is, best practices typically minimizes the learning curve for others and increases the number of superstars. Oh yeah, it increases profits too.

Now, consider this concept in relationship to resilience renewed, which is focused power exercised to restore and surpass initial capacity. This helps individuals go beyond the standard ability to bounce back when faced with adversity. It helps them become consistently victorious and maintain sustained harmonic abundance. Based on extensive research I conducted, the core of resilience renewed are the seven traits of resilience. They are courage, creativity, initiative, focus, insight, humility, and tenacity. Imagine the affect when resiliency best practices are used throughout the nation, the world. Therefore, I’m conducting a world-wide study on the impact of resilience when the traits are known and used to collaborate with others and how it effects society around us. This is a big project. I need your help.

Speak for Resilience. Let me know what are your best practices when you use the traits of resilience? In what ways do you use resilience when you collaborate with others?

Share your story today.  In appreciation, a complementary electronic version of  Resilience: Your Guide to Succeeding Against All Odds will be forwarded to you.

Thanks!
